Children move into our Senior School at Year 5 and we then start to focus on their transfer to senior schools.

Throughout our Senior School we use specialist subject teachers and dedicated subject-specific classrooms. The approach at this stage is to guide the children and to help them understand and think, as well as giving them the conventional subject knowledge they will need. We are educating as well as teaching.

Our flexibility means that we are successful at gaining places at leading local and national independent schools.

Children with high academic potential follow an accelerated course leading to scholarship exams.
