Bank Staff Opportunities

We maintain a small pool of Bank Staff who support the school on an occasional, ad-hoc basis when short-term cover is required.

Opportunities may be suitable for:

  • Experienced classroom teachers who are interested in flexible teaching opportunities; and
  • Individuals considering a career in education, or those seeking flexible work supporting pupils as a Teaching Assistant.

Bank Staff roles offer flexibility and the chance to work as part of our friendly school community, with work offered by mutual agreement as needs arise.

All Bank Staff are required to complete our standard application process and will be subject to full safeguarding checks, including professional references and an enhanced DBS check.

In line with good practice, we will carefully consider the suitability of applications and recognise that Bank Staff roles are not usually appropriate for those with a close connection to current pupils.
