Mission Statement

The York House Foundation enhances the experiences of our children and our community ensuring that we stay true to the school philosophy of “Leaving people and places better than we found them”, providing educational opportunities to promote life-long learning, with a commitment to our environmental responsibilities, sustainability, historical preservation and working closely with our local community.

Our Vision

• To provide bursaries to enable pupils to attend the school.
• To provide a facility fit for the 21st century benefitting our pupils and our local community.
• To preserve the school’s commitment to the environment and outdoor learning by enhancing and sustaining the wider grounds of the school.
• To ensure that we are a vital part of our local community providing a facility to promote healthy living and environmental education.
• To instill the love of learning and continue to promote ‘The York House Way’ to future generations
